Each Haus4Care unit is designed for people who need extra care and support after coming out of hospital, having bigger doors, a wider living space and disabled access throughout, and can be easily adapted to include lifts and other amenities as needed.
These units are built to the same high standards as every other Beattie Passive build, and can be produced quickly (on average 10-12 weeks) for your immediate needs. With a Haus4Care, you can avoid major, often expensive changes and alterations to your home to accommodate your new situation. You can easily put a unit on your plot and have immediate access to a Passivhaus standard, extra care facility.
