A new self-build project is underway in Evesham, dubbed Wood Norton.

After initial groundworks were complete, the Beattie Passive team started work on erecting the structure in December in Evesham. They have since made very good progress. Only a couple of weeks into January nearly all of the panel walls have been installed. Also work has begun on fitting the roof structure. The structural thermal envelope is due to be completed in April of this year. At which point the clients will take over and work on the external cladding and fixtures which will turn a yellow box into a Passivhaus home.
