We had a great night at the Housing Digital Awards at Birmingham’s Edgbaston Stadium last week. We’re delighted to report that Beattie Passive won the Housing Digital Award for ‘Most Innovative New Build’ for the Passivhaus Plus housing development we built in partnership with Cardiff Council.
The judges said: “This is an outstanding innovation. A volumetric off-site construction with social value. Fantastic to see a new build that is Net Zero, as well as healthy, environmentally friendly, and a great example of Modern Methods of Construction.”
Our CCO, Jack Randall, is pictured with our Housing Digital Award.
We’re proud to be recognised for our commitment to building energy efficient, net zero, relocatable modular housing that benefits local communities and the environment.
The evening was hosted by Marverine Cole and the headline act was John Volanthen, the British cave diver who played a key role in the Tham Luang cave rescue in 2018. Thanks to the team at Housing Digital for a fantastic evening and congratulations to all the other winners on the night.
