Beattie Passive built 48 properties to Passivhaus standard at Graven Hill. Located near Bicester, Oxfordshire, Graven Hill is the largest project of its kind in the UK, with over 1,900 individual plots available for people to design and build their own homes.
We built a number of house types, including terraces, to the Passivhaus standard at Graven Hill, so they’re all energy efficient and sustainable with very low environmental impact. Our certified build system is very versatile, so we also built a large number of custom homes.
