The houses will be the first under Stonewater’s programme to be built with the Beattie Passive system, meaning they will provide up to 80% more thermal efficiency than traditionally built properties. This is one of the many steps we are taking towards building more economical homes and helping to reduce the cost of heating and running homes for our residents.
