We use modern methods of construction to manufacture energy efficient, sustainable homes to Passivhaus standards at our offsite factory in Norwich, Norfolk. The benefits of offsite construction are well documented and everything we do is tightly controlled under stringent factory conditions for maximum efficiency.

Delivering Passivhaus across the country from the heart of Norfolk

We have the capacity to build 200 homes per year at our UK-based offsite manufacturing facility. Due to our unique factory set-up, we have the ability to scale our operations to deliver up to 900 homes per year, together with the agility to complete projects to tight timescales. We can also store up to 50 modules in our secure gated compound.
